Hi everyone, its been a hard week. My hubby and I had to work Friday also so we didn't get to go to our meeting.I always look forward to it. But we had to work instead, 48 hrs this week. Our weekend has been busy also, it always is if we work Fridays. Then everything has to be done on Saturday. Anyhow, thought I would check in....Angela W.

Dear all,

      I greet you in the name of our savior Jesus Christ. I thank God for having friends and family  like you.

  Please pray in agreement with me tomorrow (wenesday) and read for me Psalm 51:7 to end. Please I'm asking you in the name of Jesus let us be together tommorow in prayer . I'll be fasting and pray if you can it is if you cant fast please pray for me as you can. God bless you. Also you can use Psalm 51:7 to end for prayer and more as holly spirit leads you.

 1 Have mercy on me, O God,
       according to your unfailing love;
       according to your great compassion
       blot out my transgressions.

 2 Wash away all my iniquity
       and cleanse me from my sin.

 4 Against you, you only, have I sinned
       and done what is evil in your sight,
       so that you are proved right when you speak
       and justified when you judge.
 5 Surely I was sinful at birth,
       sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

 7 Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;

       let the bones you have crushed rejoice.

 10 Create in me a pure heart, O God,
       and renew a steadfast spirit within me.
 11 Do not cast me from your presence
       or take your Holy Spirit from me.
 12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation
       and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
 13 Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
       and sinners will turn back to you.
 14 Save me from bloodguilt, O God,
       the God who saves me,
       and my tongue will sing of your righteousness.
 15 O Lord, open my lips,
       and my mouth will declare your praise.
 16 You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it;
       you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.
 17 The sacrifices of God are [c] a broken spirit;
       a broken and contrite heart,
       O God, you will not despise.
 18 In your good pleasure make Zion prosper;
       build up the walls of Jerusalem.
 19 Then there will be righteous sacrifices,
       whole burnt offerings to delight you;
       then bulls will be offered on your altar.

Hi Xorobaben,
The greatest lesson Kim taught me was about Bitterness. She told me that after the war  she lived in bitterness, unforgiveness, anger and hatred. She was seaching for answers desparately. She wanted to know why her family and friends were so drastically killed and why she had to bear the ugly scars from the  Naplam bombs. The answer came to her in a library in Cuba. She came across a Bible there. Her life was changed from then on. She compared her heart to a white cup full of black coffee. Black coffee denoting all the unforgiveness and bitterness. Jesus taught her to empty it and He helped her to wipe her heart clean. Once her cup was empty there was room for God's love to come into that cup and fill it to the brim. Now she says she is traveling the world spreading that lesson of Jesus' Love. When our hearts are emptied of forgiveness and Bitterness, God fills it with His grace and love. When love fills our heart we become new ambassadors for Christ.

I had seen that picture of Kim Phuc. I marvel that Kim Phuc is believer now. Praise The Lord.
I am survived from the war. Praise the Lord. I am serving Him in the home church now. There are thousands home churches in Viet Nam..

Your name is Xoro? Nice to meet you Xorobaben. I met the girl in the picture,Kim Phuc Phanthi (the naked girl running from the bomb during Vietnam war), couple of years ago. She is a UNESCO Goodwill Amabassador now. It was such a great privilege to meet her. I did an article on her. Her love for Christ is so phenomenal now.

Hi Mriana, just want to make a comment here on your post.
The Pope/Vatican and all the rest of the christian lunes are either so delusional in their world, or behind closed doors their laughing their asses off on how they pulled the wool over the eyes of millions of people who hang on their every word.
I personally wouldn't feel bad or lose sleep if some nut bombed the vatican. They have harmed the world long enough.

I foresee a real ulgy religious war occuring in the near future somewhere in the middle east where the numbers of dead could be mindboggling. In a macabe kind of way, it might be what is needed.

I too miss George Carlin. He was my god. I love all the anti-religious voices today, but none can put religion and the Vatican in it's place like George did.
I commend anyone who speaks out against this scurge that still dominates our society.

Sabina Guzzanti is doing something that we really need here in the United States. Sure, it's nothing new for comedians to take jabs at society, but it's another thing entirely for someone in the public eye to point at serious problems and make people aware of them.

The Vatican in Rome is doing the same thing the Moral Majority is doing in America. Politicizing America around, if you'll excuse me, their "bullshit" brand morality and hate. What's worse is that they're even just a regional phenomenon and yet we've been letting our politicians sell them the country.

It really makes me miss George Carlin.

Once I got past the advertisement I enjoyed the video very much.
I've always thought that the Vatican and the Mafia had a lot in common :

( 1 ) they are a closed society
( 2) they keep their nasty secrets to themselves
( 3 ) woe be to you, if you don't agree

As far as Sabina Guzzanti goes, YOU GO GIRL ! ! ! I've always admired dissidents ( with the correct mind-set of course ).

Yes, I am still into Trek. I have a Star Trek fanfic site even and yes, I have seen Gene's quote before. :) He was a great man, who encouraged his fans to think for themselves.
