[Church_of_Christ] Re: Can you guess?

It is the job of the Supreme Court to insure that laws written and
actions taken are in harmony with the constitution of the land. Do you
suppose they pay any attention as to how the previous rulings have been
made? Why? Is there anything to learn? Did America just drop out of the
sky yesterday with no history and no precedents; no past? Does it make a
difference? It makes no difference if one does not care whether the
judges get it right or not. But it makes a tremendous difference if the
judges are going to understand what was intended by the constitution.
