Who I am in Christ

Who Am I in Christ?

4. Why should I lack faith to fulfill my calling knowing that God has allotted to me a measure of faith?  Romans 12:3

6. Why should I allow satan supremacy over my life when He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world?

10. Why should I worry and fret when I can cast all my anxiety on Christ who cares for me?  1 Peter 5:7

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade--kept in heaven for you, who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time.  In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials.  These have come so that your faith--of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire--may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.  Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.

Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come.  You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being. You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were slain, and with your blood you purchased men for God from every tribe and language and people and nation.  You have made them to be a kingdom and priests to serve our God, and they will reign on the earth.  Worthy is the Lamb, who was slain, to receive power and wealth and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and praise!  To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!  Amen.  Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.  Amen! Maybe they are just afraid to share because when we share what we know people tend to reject it and try to convince us that we are not good enough for God. i know that we are to witness i used to go witnessing all the time. i guess the God rejectors and mocker should bother me by there negative responses. but they just what to say to get us felling defeated. but then they ddid the same thing to jesus christ and all the great men and women of God. even in the christian chat rooms. got me to be careful about  what i share anywhere. might offend some one. i love peeps with the love God has given me to love it. when i tell my husband i am an ambassador for christ he ascoffs and says things that make me doubt who i am in christ. but i didn't make up the fact of being an abassador for christ it is right ther in 2nd corinthians5: 21&22

Remember, the scripture says that Moses was the finger of God when  he wrote the ten commandments.  I believe that my poems and songs are all given to me for everyone to be able to enjoy, I don't understand why people have a problem with sharing what God gave them in the first place.

I realized while I was there Richard that it is God and God alone that can sustain me and give me the life I want. Even in the midst of the toughest storms He can be my peace and comfort. He is my calm. He is my fierce protector, my greatest Love, my everything. He ALONE. That is how I want to live my life from now on. A smile and gentle word no matter what I'm facing and transparency to God and my brothers and sisters. I've learned that that alone makes the world stop in wonder and ask "Why are you that way? Look at all you've been through." Smile, I'm glad you like the poetry, though the work isn't mine, it's God's. He wrote it, He just chose me as His pencil, and as God's poetry they really in all honesty belong to every believer that sees them. That's why I don't copy right my work, because it doesn't really belong to me, I just was the pencil that wrote it. (Hugs)
