[FamilyofGod] Being nothing is Better than being something

I hold to the faith that our heavenly Father seeks always to make things as simple as possible for his children to be able to grasp and understand. For I know that any good father does the same.

Matthewv7:7-11 "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask [for] bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask [for a] a fish, will he give him a serpent? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?"

I hold to the faith that men complicate God's word to them of pride, in a self-inflated esteem toward their own intelligence. Men feel like they are something if they can understand something complicated. And so they complicate God's word because they desire to feel like something.

Men do not know how to humbly recognize that they are nothing. Men see being nothing as failure. God sees our being nothing as a starting point for him to recreate us.
