Yeah. I know what you mean about the sugar free stuff. My mom was
diabetic. My sister and hubby are. I am borderline. So, I also need to
watch sugars and amount of weight that I gain.
With my IBS I have to watch what fruit that I eat. Cause I will end up
in the throne room quite often. Or think that I am living in there. lol.
