[FamilyofGod] Thanksgiving to God!
F.G. brethren, I just thought I'd "stop by" for a moment at just before 11:30 AM my time/2:30 PM Central Time to wish each of you a very Spirit-filled and joyful Thanksgiving Day once more! I'm home for now but, with much praise to the Lord for answering my prayer regarding how I'll spend this Day, I will be heading to the home of a dear brother and sister from church in about four hours to spend the evening with them in fellowship over God's Word, praise and worship and, of course, a scrumptious turkey meal prepared by her. As far as I'm aware of the meal will consist of turkey, stuffing, gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, fresh veggies and a choice of iced water and fruit juices; she's now baking a Pumpkin Chiffon Cake which she's making from scratch. What's on everyone's "plate" this Thanksgiving Day? Even more importantly, what's your favorite thanksgiving verse from the Bible?
