Thank you Titilayo. It makes a lot of sense. All of us are trying to get closer to God. So with angels and archangels and all the company in heaven we praise God .We never have to be afraid of what happens in return . Your reply is greatly appreciated.

hearing voices is a big deal for someone that is used to everything being normal. but you are right it doesn't mean you are schizophrenic or dillusional it only means you are more receptive of the things of the spirit than any normal human being it's like you are ascending yet your feet are still planted on the ground with time it willl grow but it is nothing dangerouse just stick to christ and all will be well and don;t forget to pray.

I used to have a strange dreamed and it always pertains to my family or close friend. Most it has a bad meaning as how I realized it now. I cant help it no matter how hard I pray and fasting. Its hard, but I cant do anything but to be strong and pray that God will give me a how I can handle the coming trials.

i still beleive it is God callling ur name. since God is neither male nor female I guess he could probably use a voice you would be familar with.. just a thought

I wanted to ask this in the forum for a long time. I am considered a very normal person. But sometimes I hear some one calling my name.( or a female voice calling) When my son came and told me that he hears me calling , I was confused. Then I talked to my maid and she says she sometimes hears me calling , even when I am abroad.. So I checked it in Google and I now understand that many in the world have similar experiences, without being mentally ill or being schizophrenic. Has any one here heard such voices?

I know that Socrates, Plato, Winston Churchill,Florence Nightingale and Joan of Arc are some famous people who publicly spoke of hearing voices. Any thoughts?
