Our govt. has in effect given over a national park down there to the mexican drug runners. The local police force is outmanned and out gunned. They say it is not the mexican military but I believe it is connected with it. We are being invaded by another country and they are doing nothing to stop it. Really sad. Our country needs prayer now more than ever.

To tell the truth....... ...The federal government can not touch the border issue unless a foriegn military power comes across the borders, granted some of those that are coming across are armed they are still civilians not military. According to the Constitution the states have the authority to make what ever law to secure their borders.

Gettin crazy down there. They will send troops overseas for no reason at all but won't protect our own borders. This country is really going downhill.

The government of Mexico has asked the federal courts in the U.S. to rule SB1070 ( Our new Imigration law here in Arizona) unconstitional on the grounds that it threatens their citizens and makes them fearful. The funny thing is that it is only a misdemenor tresspass and after they serve their time they will be handed over to I.C.E. for deportation. Besides that where does Mexico get off dictating to us what is or is not constitutional in our country because the constitution clearly states that the borders are the states responsibilty not the federal government, the only time that the feds can do anything about the borders is when there is a foreign military coming across and although some of them are armed they are still just civilians not Military.
