i hope a neighbor did not decide to steal ur kitty... we had a neighbor who did that once. my daughter got a calico kitten from her friend and the neighbor stole it. we didn't find out till six months later. then another time one of outr kitty's follwed us trick or trearting and when we were heading home a woman dressed in a witches costume told her kid to put the kitty in her candy bag and put it in her car... but i pray ur kitty finds her way home love u,
