This looks like a great projct for someone. you can fix it up and give it some tlc....... perfect for miss shelley to use hercreativity on. and then she can have a place on her own witthout any negative people to bring her down... i so wish i could pick this up for her.... but God willing it will be hers to fix up and customize for herself with God's guidance... this camper has promise.... we like the fixer up stuff.. but u all haven't noticed yet......lol
love lil shelley and lil wanda sooooooooooooooooooo much.... wish there was more i could do for them to get them out of where they r at...............

Moving so I have to move this today.
No room at my new place.
This trailer is great. Wanted to sell but gotta go today so first to come scores big time.
Good Stuff
The inside has been basically gutted. Then it was rehabbed into a bigger open feel. The walls are covered in plastic spray on Rino lining.Installed There are linoleum & tile Also a roll of very nice carpet which comes with and you can install.There is a 20 ft room & a 10 ft room.Each has a small closet and some shelves.
The 10 ft room has a platform for a bed with drawers beneath.It's about half the size of a studio apartment. (250 sq ft)Very open and big feeling inside.Lights, fan, and plugs work.
Bad stuff,
There is no registration, No toilet, No sink, No kitchenette Ac does not work.Tires are fine.Not good for driving around only good to park and use as an office, work shed, man cave, extra in law room. Or be creative
.A storage shed this same size with lights And outlets costs $1,800-$2,200
