can she go to the st. vincent church in her area? they will pay her bill or a good portion of it. they help us a few times... the salvation army helps with electric bills and also community action council in that area... i think the church she has been going to has programs with different types of assitince programs. did she check those... maybe someone in her church is looking for a roommate did she put on the bulliten at her church the need she has to relocate? well maybe a bulliten would not be a good idea as anyone could see it including those spys of u know who.. but if she lets the pastors know her situation hopefully they can help derict her where to Go.
