yes starting the diet and good that i didnt have to have surgery, im a smoker and i have to quit that toothats gonna be hard lol but with god all things can be done and im starting now only smoking 1 cig every hour cuz i was smoking 2 every hour .

well, went to the docters yesterday and found out i have a small blockage of plaque in my carotid artery that is causing some of my pain, this docter in 2 visits found what dr tjan couldnt in 1 year, so i have to go on a healthy diet and meds and EXCERSISE!!
