Elohim is only plural in usage. It is also used in many other parts of the bible where it is obviously singular. When God said Moses would be god to pharoah the word elohim was used. Would you call Moses a dual or triune being? When Moses went up the mountain to talk with God the people got impatient and made their own god which was a golden calf.. Elohim was used for the god they made. They only made one calf. Or was this a triune calf too? The plural is used for emphasis or majesty and does not mean more than one.
