Praying that God gives you His rest, Erin. Reading the Bible and praying is a great way to not only establish a closer with relationship with Christ, but to calm your inner spirit.

Hey Gwen, I don't think I'm stressed. But I think you do have a point about reading the bible and praying. I do pray more often now then I used to, but the reading my bible part is kinda lacking in that area. I tryed to lay down earlier at 2:30 and didn't go to sleep till around 4 and slept for only an hour. I'm praying I can go to sleep tonight. Erin

Next time you can't sleep pray. Sometimes the Lord allow us to stay awake because there is a need. Or just read your Bible. I will be praying for you. I know that when I am stressed I can't sleep. sometimes I am awake with only a hour or so sleep. gwen

I have gone 3 nights in a row without being able to sleep, and I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm supposed to go to church in the morning, I'm gonna end up being REALLY tired in church. I'm still going though, but BOY am I gonna be tired. Please pray for me? I don't know why I can't sleep. Erin
