This discussion could get really deep. What were you trying to prove here? That inerrancy changed? That's not what is being said here. That inerrancy wasn't already a part of the BFM? This quote proves that it was.
And the final part of your quote helps me understand that this is a historical retrospect. The BFM was released in 1963 and revised in 2000. Nothing happened to it in 1987 or 1988.
At least your quoting historical documents, but they shoot your position down because you don't understand them.
