Nope, wrong again.
The SBC doesn't set anything for congregations. The only document that is considered a 'must believe' is the Baptist Faith and Message. But each individual congregation decides what they will believe and teach.
There is no headquarters. There are state conventions, and membership with the conventions is voluntary.
