I said: I agree with Ray. I can't find any denomination who use any aspect of the CENI hermeneutic to render exclusive methods in Christianity. I do find some who use Biblical examples and inferences, but they don't practice them as exclusive to a right standing with God as do the CoC. That is the difference.
And you replied: This is the precise difference that led to the "Declaration and Address" by TC and the RM. Creeds and such had been preventing denominational folks from logically applying what they understood without forsaking their sectarian beliefs.
Would you be so kind as to unpack your statement above. I have not the foggiest idea what you have said.
