Every denomination has it's own founding father, the red flag that our roots are no different than those of the Corinthians, and while all fathers taught that Jesus is Christ, the Son of God, their followers, the sheeple, have all divided themselves over so many "non-essential doctrines" and "different worship practices," one on the outside has to wonder, are these "Christians" sheeple or peep or what?
Dear brother, when you're right, I'll be the first to admit it in your defense without fear.
I do agree with your analysis of Paul's writing, at least most of it and your statement below except for that one misleading idea that what we are doing is any different in principle than what the Corinthians did.
We're following people by favoring one set of "different worship practices and varied emphases on non-essential doctrines" over another.
That's how united we have become.
