RE: [Church_of_Christ] Re: Questions on Marriage
Greetings,
Yet, there is such a thing as gay marriage. In secular society, same-sex unions/marriages are performed all the time and have been performed for decades in various marital ceremonies. There are some documents that allude to same-gender marriages occurring early in the history of the catholic church before the RCC emerged. That they are not recognized or protected under family law does not erase their existence. Currently, four states recognize and license gay marriage, so it exists now in both a licensed and unlicensed state.
Ray, you are certainly free to consider the topic unworthy of believers, free to not participate in the discussion, and free to hold your opinion. Denying the reality that gay marriage exists does not erase its existence.
Shalom,
Shawn

I will keep my answer short because I consider the topic unworthy of believers.

The phrase is meaningless.
Thus all supposed rights are non-entities.
