[FamilyofGod] help pleasee?

hi guys i need advise. my sister never went to the ER and shes got a bad infection in her legs and feet with a red line going up her leg, i know that redline means shes real ill and could get septic but shes too stoned to care.Should i call 911 in Az for an ambulance to go look at her or not? she will be mad as heck if i do cuz she has drugs and so do her friends there.   Do unto others as you would have done to you!!
