Your wife, Linda, son, Zach, and you are in my prayers not only for healing of your physical needs but your relational and spiritual needs as well. God is utterly faithful. He will NOT FAIL you and He will NOT FORSAKE you. During this time give God praise and thanksgiving even if you do not feel like it. If your problems seem overwhelming to you that you are having difficulty in praising and thanksgiving, then praise, worship, and thanksgiving for who and what God is. This will remind you of the God you serve, his power, his plan, and that you are not alone. It will also dispel the darkness surrounding you right now. Also it invites God's presence into your surroundings and situation. There is something about praising and worshipping God that prayer is often missing. Prayer is often asking for things, whereas praise, thanksgiving, and worshipping God are ways to come before Him and loving Him despite our circumstances and sometimes it's at those times we see God work in our lives.

Just put some praise music on in the background, and begin by reading Psalms. There are not only praises in there but David often cried out to God when he too was not able to carry on. Then when you are ready speak praises and worship from your heart, being thankful to God for who and what He is. God is faithful, He will renew your strength and we will be praying for you. He will work in you circumstances, He will not fail you.
