I'm definitely in agreement in prayer for all to know God. But what is this declaring from Obama? I haven't seen/heard it in the news yet.

Well guys here we r, Obama has declared a state of emergency for America!! Now the military can move in by law and do forced vacs. IDK if thats gonna happen but i could.
