It's me, Jolene, from the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Thank you so much for sharing this information! The first shipment of the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccinations- -both the nasal spray and the shot--came to Honolulu a week ago and is now being administered to healthcare workers in hospitals and doctor's offices. More shipments should be coming here soon, but there were already 11 deaths from H1N1--with all deceased patients having preexisting medical conditions before the onset of this flu. For me, fall into the high-risk category because I already have chronic asthma, sinusitis and hypoglycemia (low-blood sugar). Thankfully, I know that because God is not done with me yet in this life He will protect me physically in His own mysterious way. And since I go to the doctor's by myself via a bus transportation system available for those who are blind or have other disabilities, I must deal with this alone. I'm not afraid, though, because I'm truly convinced that God doesn't give me a spirit of fear but of power and of love and of a sound mind! Please pray that my vaccination will go well as soon as my turn comes to take it at my physician's office. Thank you so much. God bless you forever, Shelley, and take care.
