hello benita, i have 5 children who have children now and they live in another state.
i sent them to our christian school. i wish i would have home schooled them maybe things would be better for them now. welcome to the group!

Hi,
My name is Benita, Christian mom to 3 kids plus a baby in heaven (he went to heaven in 89). We're also homeschooling (14 yrs now) and my oldest (almost 19) started at our local comm college 3 years ago, at age 16. She has asperger's syndrome and really needs help now. She's falling behind because she hates 2 of her classes, history and biology. They're so boring she says that she can't concentrate (she has ADHD and is on meds for it), so she's not doing well at all and could fail. She failed her photography class last semester so now she's retaking that. It's going much better so far. But, the other classes, she said she is getting farther and farther behind.
