i can tell by your post that you have what God wants in his ministers, a willingness to work for him. i know people that have fought with God so much that he forces them to decide one way or another. it is not an easy thing to work in the ministry, but God will lead you thru it all. i know ministers who are quitting thier ministry because they cant handle working, and serving God. God wants people who will take care of his people and be there at the church when the people come in looking for salvation. i dont know how many churches i see all around me that are only open a few hours a week. if someone is looking for God, someone to talk about getting saved where can they go if all the doors are closed? God needs people who will depend wholly on him and be ther at the church when people come in to pray. i have had people come to my house to find out about God because they couldn't find any doors open. thats why God doesn't want you to depend on yourself by working, he wants you to depend on him.

dear Family Of God brethren,
Can you all please pray daily and earnestly for my future in full-time service to Jesus Christ in ministry? Please allow me a moment to explain the nature of this request.
Without boring you all with the details of how it came about, let me put it as simply as I possibly can. For thirteen long years, I was unemployed for all kinds of reasons that have NOTHING to do with my visual disability OR the lack of motivation on my part to work and earn a living. I was met with all kinds of terrible (and sometimes life-threatening) obstacles to completing my preparations for the job market via a college career, resume-writing and submission, etc., and I was never hired by companies that coveted my skills in Webpage development and design, computer programming and software testing. Every single time I strove to prep for work or apply for it, God allowed these obstacles to block my progress, forcing me to rely totally upon Him for every financial need a human being could incur just by living on Earth. then, after a long period of fasting, weeping and praying, intense Bible study, and repeated prayer meetings with my pastor and other leaders of my church plus a small handful of mature brethren, our mysterious Lord showed me--under no uncertain terms--that He wanted me to continue what I was already doing and have been doing for the past five years: serve Him 24/7 in ministry online AND offline and leave all my financial needs completely in His sovereign hands. Yes, He is commanding me to give up looking for work and let Him bring it to me--and whether I get paid for doing it or not would be all up to HIM, not me. I admit that since my beloved Christian father had raised me up with a strong work ethic and the desire to be as self-sufficient as possible in spite of my blindness, this complete submission to the Lord's will and leading is very difficult for me to stomach even after thirteen years of having had no choice but to do so!
