Re: [FamilyofGod] stealing
Who is holding bitterness? I love my sisters and even though they disowned me I still love them but I can not force them to talk to me. I have to go on and let it go. I let it go a long time ago. Yet there are times when I miss my sister and family but what can I do? If I say to her I forgive her she will attack me and call me names and tell me to go to h-ll. Then what am I suppose to do? Like I said not everyone is going to accept us and we have to face that fact. Also there are people who are toxic and not good for our walk. As much as we wish they would be different they drain us of our joy in Christ. I am probably one of the most forgiving people I know. My Christian counselor who was the pastors wife said my gift was mercy and forgivness because most would not forgive the things I forgave. I do not want to be a bitter angry person who sits around putting down those that hurt me. I feel they are not letting Jesus soften their hearts and its very sad. I don't want to see them die without Jesus. Do I pray for them? Everyday. I am sure you forgave you abusive husband but that does not mean you take him back and live with him right?

If a loved one stole from you would you let it go or confront that person? Would you make them pay you back or just forgive them and let it go?Bonnie
