Brother Roger, I do see the point you are driving at but God has a way to avenge our enemy. We don't have to fuss or fight because the battle is not ours it belongs to the Lord. Jesus Christ our divine Saviour never resisted when He was led from judgement hall to judgement hall. He said not a word, Praise God. So now as children of God and joint-heirs with Christ, we too have to suffer. It is better to suffer for Christ than to get caught up in sin and suffer because of our fleshly desires.
