I know it is happening everywhere for one reason or another, its sad for me because i have a lot of indian in me and i think i could be one of those people and how would i want people to treat me. God help us all.

These are very sad stories to hear, we need to pray over these things seriousely. These are things which should be our list prayers. To have an old person in a society is gold, treasure of the society, leave alone what other people might say, talking about constitution rights to live, have access to things as any other person.
Last year, I sent this kind of prayer request. Old people, particularly women being wrongly accused of wifcrafty in African Communities, linched and killed unlawfully by mob. Some rendered shelterless, thrown out to starve, roaming without any body to rescue them from there predicaments. Well if you don't come or visited African rural village you might not understand this. Its paining, this is where we would be asked by our savior when he would come; I was naked and you never clothed me, I was hungry, you never gave me something to eat, I was tired, thirsty and needed a shelter to rest, you never looked back at me etc. Lets listen to every voice of God from the bible.
   I tried, roamed my networking, possibility to form a group to help these kind of people, it was not forth coming. Four old women, widows and childless, who had lost all their family members were accuse of wifcrafty, their houses torched and rejected by the community. It is something sad for me, imagine after loosing all your family and lastly again thrown out in the cold. And you what, most of these are done because of land, after being thrown out or killed, they grab their lands. Lets pray over this, think how should put this in prayers and what can be done to people like this. Five people have been for the two years, I know of three staying in the cold, left their home or homeless and staying with one.

I was talking to my sister the other day and she told me there was a whole reservation of indians in montanna that were snowbound and no electricity or any way to keep warm or find food, i don't understand why that wasn't in the news. many of them died because they had no way to get help!

I recently heard of a very distressing story of two elderly people freezing to death in the UK in the recent snow. Their cries for help were ignored by neighbours, family, government and friends. It is poor souls such as these who are the true flock of teh church, they are the ones in need of teh physician Christ.

For them we pray, in PRAYER FOCUS from LEGION OF GOD MINISTRIES.
