that is odd but you find a lot of those questions when you are working with kids. hubby is driving a school bus and you would be surprised all the questions he had to answer.

If you were in need of a job and someone has given you a recommendation at a school to be a tutor and asked you to fill out an application --- you go to fill it out and the questions include these items
What is your marital status?
Is your spouse living or dead?
How many children do you have?
How many people are your dependents?
What are your physical defects?
What is the condition of your health in the past 2 years?
Would you fill it out? Or, move on to find another job?
What would you do?
