nothing yet. but this new flu shot is deadly. it is like a slow killer......God protected u from harm when you got ur shots... you only got them beleiving that you needed them. now is different now we can know know how dangerous they are getting. and what we can know by our five sinses god expects us to know..... love u,

I know many people that believe the same as you do, Shelley. You are not alone in that belief. I can promise you that. But there are certainly plenty of people that think the other way as well. We really don't have a great deal to go on other than our own experiences. We don't have much else. I do know this - in my lifetime I have had multiple flu shots and nothing bad happened - I do know also the only time I didn't have one is when I did get the flu and it was TERRIBLE!!! The flu is absolutely awful. I was miserable. I also have had vaccines as a kid with no problems (things like the MMR shot).
I know for some they advocate against them. I get that. I really do. But just in the same way - I hope those same people can understand why I advocate for them. :)

It's that time of the year. When the weather gets cooler, our own body temperature is lowered as well. When that happens, our immune system is weakened. That makes us more likely to be affected by bacteria that causes things like upper respiratory infections and viruses that lead to the flu or colds. If you already happen to have an illness that makes your immune system weak, then this time of the year causes it to be weakened even more. That's why flu shots are recommended for that population - like diabetics just to name one example.
