Whats the temperature there?  It is 45 here in Mississippi. The big problem with winter here is that the daytime temps will be in the 60s or higher and I drops bitterly cold (20s or lower) at night. The temp difference between day and night is severe. You can run the ac and the heat in the same day.  - often.
