George I agree 100 percent,the church I attend is like that, the pastor has never asked us if we needed anything.And he knows you have been out of work for over 2 years. But he has helped alot of other people in the church, its like he picks his favorites and ignores the others,which is not right. If Jesus did that, where would we be today, we would be very lost. He did preach one sunday about coming and telling him what we need the problem with that is he already knows what we need. The Lord needs to bring revival to that church in a big way. It is dieing now. Plus they believe in the trinity, their is only one GOD,ONE SON , and ONE HOLY SPIRIT, no one can change that. NO ONE

Have you ever seen a father that don't take care of their kids and give them the things they need? Well there are some that don't but as a rule most do care for them very well. Being in Christ we have a Father who truely cares for us. He know just what we need in all things and He always takes care of us. We just have to learn to trust Him.

Also, have you ever seen a family that doesn't help their brothers and sisters when they are in trouble? There is a true bond between brothers and sisters that can never be broken. Then we come to todays church who are supposed to be in Christ and it is hard to find this brotherly love for one another. Yes, they will come to church and hug one another and tell them they love each other but as soon as they go home they are forgotten.

We need not only to love in word but in action. Love without action isn't really love at all. Brothers and sisters who are in Christ should love one another more than brothers and sisters do in the world. Our spiritual brothers and sisters should be a stronger bond than our fleshly brothers and sisters. Do we see that today? Not very often. We should make it happen in our own lives because we are the Family of God!
