100% correct and my german sheperd has been acting real weird lately like trying to find places to hide and whining and has like a wyld look in his eyes

think this harrp they r using is sending out something that is effecting animals. i think dogs can hear high frequentcy things we can not hear. also small kids are jumpier as they tend to since things we do not since.
