Psalm 18:36
Thou hast enlarged my steps under me, that my feet did not slip.
Brent thought he was going to freeze to death. He had set out to Jill's house
during the early throes of the blizzard. It was four miles to her house, but the
drifting snow was making progress almost impossible. He was halfway, so it
didn't matter whether he went forward or back; the trip was going to be rough.
He could have kicked himself for not leaving the house prepared. Now he was
paying for it.
