Good News

God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

- Romans 5:8

This is only good news if Christ has saved us from something. Right?

For those who say that in the end we’re all okay and that God would be unfair to send anyone to Hell, they are missing one vital point: Jesus died on the cross. His agonizing torture for all to see was not in vain. How evil would God have to be to design the death of Christ, only in the end to save everyone anyway?

I pray that you would find joy and hope in the justice and holiness of God, that He chose to save you even when you did not deserve it. That’s love. Real love.
