yeah i see it on the news at work in the break rooom. yesterday at 7:30 p.m. the power went out at walmart and it looked like the whole block that walmart is on. i was off work wiating for my ride all the lighted signs and lights in walmart went out came back on and then went out agin.. those at the traffic lights just sat there they couldn't figure out what to do with now lights to direct them. lol there was no traffic and they couldn't just decide to go... is that how dependant we let ourselves get on others and devices..? lol
