Praise God and thank you for your prayers. Here are the latest updates:
I was able to speak breifly with my brother, A.J., who is very weak. The doctor's cannot determine what is wrong with him as all test come up negative. They are scheduling him for a blood transfusion. I informed my father that they need to find the best Infectious Control Doctor in Boston (50 min. away from them) who is under his insurance, and have him come in for consultation at the least if they have not done this already. Boston Medical Center has a Infectious Control Division which specializes in this area. I provided him with the links.
Our daughter, J. has been found and we will try to get her the help she needs... much prayer needed.
My attorney called, I told him I would call him 9am Monday morning and give him a decision on whether we will be going forward or not towards trial of my case. The settlement is slightly more at $18.5k, the medical collections came into agreement that they will take 1/3 of something rather than nothing if I loose my case in court. Therefore this settlement will be split 1/3 three ways with me paying expenses, this should leave me with slightly over $5k. It would be a heavy loss but my attorney would get paid, the medical would be satisfied, and I would get something. However, I do not want to give an answer without hearing from the Lord first. So I am in the process of fasting and praying for God's answer that I can give to my attorney on Monday along with all of the other prayer requests. Please keep me in prayer to remain faithful in my fast and prayer since I have not done this in quite sometime, and that I hear God's Word, His confirmation on how I am to proceed and for me to draw closer to Him. In addition, I ask for prayer for God's protection and full-armor over me while I do battle and seek His face. Thank you!
Please also keep in prayer my employer at the College. I need written confirmation on my future employment and that they succeed in providing me with 40 hours a week. Also for my secondary employer whose behavior toward its employees is deplorable. I am led to unite the Christians in prayer and would like to start a prayer group with them, since we work odd hours from each other, I thought that a private yahoo group would be helpful. Please keep this in your prayers. God Bless and thank you again for your faithfulness.
