[FamilyofGod] Forwarding Prayer Requests
Forwarding these Prayer Requests for prayer:
Hello Friends!
Another glorious day of SUMMER! What a wonderfully creative God we have to give us seasons! As you sip your lemonade and thank Him for His thoughtfulness, will you also pray for these things?
1. Would you be in prayer for Melody T.? Her job as a child care worker at WNC was cut to 20 hours a week because of cutbacks. Please pray for another job and that Melody would rest in the Lord's timing.
2. Kathy R. asks that you pray for her neighbor who had surgery for cancer last week and the results are not as good as what was expected. Also, she asks for prayer for a friend's daughter who is having complications from her epidural which is limiting her care of her newborn.
3. Jane S.' elderly neighbor is having some stomach issues and is under the care of a doctor. Please pray for her health.
4. Two children are staying with their non custodial parent for a month and are having a hard time with that parent saying hurtful things. This parent is not a believer and doesn't know the love of Jesus so please pray that they will come to know Him! Will you also pray for the children to be protected and that the custodial parent will trust the Lord in all of this.
5. UPDATE: Heather N.'s mom is doing great! She is seeing everything brighter and better and the double vision has gone away! She will have cataract surgery on her other eye in September. Thanks for praying.
"Guard my life and rescue me; do not let me be put to shame, for I take refuge in you. May integrity and uprightness protect me, because my hope, LORD, is in you." Psalm 25:20-21 NIV
Rejoicing in Christ,
Sheri
In prayer and praise,
Deborah
Oh Lord, hear my prayers and answer my cries for the marriage and salvation of my husband, our four children, our parents, our family, the Body of Christ, our friends, our leaders, our co-workers, and our enemies. Grant each one of them the blessed gifts of brokenness, repentance, confession, faith, and salvation along with sanctification and service in Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. AMEN!!!
"In the morning, O Lord, Thou wilt hear my voice; In the morning I will order my prayer to Thee and eagerly watch." Pslam 5:3
"Yet, with respect to the promise of God she did not waver in unbelief, but grew strong in faith, giving glory to God, and being fully assured that what He had promised, He was able also to perform. Therefore also IT WAS RECKONED TO HER AS RIGHTEOUSNESS." Romans 4:20-22
"But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness. 'The Lord is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in him.' The Lord is good to those who wait for him, to the soul that seeks him. It is good that one should wait quietly for the salvation of the Lord." Lamentations 3:21-26
