That's great Jamie! The first step in overcoming sin is recognizing that it is sin. From now on when those thoughts come to your mind say to God, "I'm sorry, I'm at it again." We need to expose our sin for what it is that the tempter will run away. I'll give you a funny example. When my kids used to get the hiccups I would tell them that I would give them a dollar if they told me right when they were going to hiccup. They would be ready for that next hiccup and all their thoughts would be focused on that. The hiccups wouldn't come. I guess they don't like to be exposed either. "Resist the devil and he will flee from you."

Hello everyone, I have an awesome praise report to share with all of you. For awhile, I felt as if I was running away from God; even engaging in homosexual feelings and fantasies. I also felt like I was becoming addicted to porn because I couldn't stop watching it. However, when I would do these things something inside would gnaw at me; I knew it was God and at first I tried to ignore it. However, last night I could not ignore that feeling any longer and I got on my knees and I literally cried out to God and I begged him to forgive me of my sins and shortcomings and for doing what is detestable in his sight. I know that God has forgiven my sins. I have never felt so free.
