hi

 

 well i am kind of down because i thought something i was aking would help me loose the weight which it really did not so it got me down i need someone to help me exercise and keep a diary  to keep track of what i am eating.  Also my doctor also thinks it is more adhesians and said no surgery any ideas on what i should do now or next the ct scan revealed nothing.  So both news have gotten me down pray for me and encouragement.  Well everything is all set steve is leaving sunday for rehab to start monday yeah pray all will go well.  Also for our finances for me to let go and let God thank you for your time and friendship liz
