In your recent response to Clay on an issue, you presented the following statement:

Ray: It is also the difference between us on the issue of spiritual gifts. I would enjoy dialoguing with you on them, but I already know this will be the bottom line. I do not recognize CENI at all, and I do not believe Acts 8 is an EXAMPLE. Examples demonstrate things that were taught previously. And Jesus no where taught, nor did the prophets, that the apostles hands would be the means by which the Holy Spirit's gifts were passed on.
Perhaps you would find my in-depth answers to your points interesting, but an actual dialogue will come down to disagreement on the authority of examples, especially Acts 8.
