Despairo tonight where I said: I inhale most sweet love and I exhale hate. I inhale lasting peace and I exhale worry. I inhale confidence and I exhale doubt. I inhale calmness and I exhale stress. I inhale Knoweldge and I exhale ignorance, I inhale beauty and I exhale uglyness, I inhale Great bodly health and I exhale any sickness I inhale ambition, drive and I exhale laziness, I inhale great stregth and I exhale any weakness, I inhale great virtues and I exhale any vice,I inhale great Faith and I exhale lack of Faith, I inhale great lasting hope and I exhale any dispair, I inhale most Ardent Charity for God, for those around me, for myself and I exhale any lack of Charity I inhale the ability to finsih what I start and I exhale any incomptence, I inhale great friendlyness and I exhale any anger I inhale most great graces and I exhale any sins, I inhale wonderful feelins and I exhale any pains I inhale great wealth and I exhale poverty , I inhale Great temperal spritual blessings and I exhale all Lack of blessings How I feel better already.
