Michele, isn't it cool how animals can catch your attention? Back home I had a little garden, I was down I had just moved away from my kids and I was trying to use the garden to help me. One day I noticed something out of the corner of my eye, at first I thought it was a butterfly, I kept watching and it came closer. Well I was watering my garden because it was real dry and this little hummingbird was flying in the mist fromthe water taking his shower. I was memerized by that little guy. Every time I watered after that he would be there and then he brought his mate, they moved thier nest up over my back door. they had four babies that year and we got to watch them play. I didn't have time to mope around after that.

| Shelly, I had to see a psychiatrist for dealing with my pain and feeling helpless that it would not be getting better and he put me on Cymbalta. I explained my insurance had expired and he gave me a month worth of samples. He also said the same thing I read in one of your responses and that was sitting in nature. The first couple of days I didn't really notice anything except it was so hot out. But after awhile, I did notice the birds, squirrels and I know this sonds awful, but everyday I saw the same lizard. He would nod his head and show me the beautiful colors under his neck, orange and yellow. I was told this was a mating ritual to other lizards but after so many days I would shake my head up and down and he would respond by moving his head and showing me the colors in his neck. i never would have noticed these things if I wasn't looking so hard. Does your boyfriend control when you can take your medicine? If you hurt in the morning, take your medicine in the morning with Alieve during the day. It does help... I would like to help you and have written you a private letter also. I'm so sorry you are suffering. I know how bad it is and my prayers are with you, Shelly. God Bless, Michele |
