Dear Karen, Please hold on to God's unchanging hand. I know how hard this must be for you. 36 years is very long time and I'm sure that you dont want to make drastic choices at such an emotional time. I know a pastor who once said that in these situations , you apply the 90% vs 10% rule(or whatever % you'd like to apply). Is it worth giving up on ( 90% )your spouse because of this (10%) terrible , hurtful, infidelity, when you apply the rule. How is he in all the other ways that make your marriage viable. Was he a good provider, a loving parent to your family; was he respectful to your marriage in those years? God says that "In ALL of your ways , acknowledge Him, and He will direct your path." I am praying for you Karen that God will give the direction the you so sorely need at this hurdle in your life. It will be alright. He's really good at healing broken hearts and wiping the slate clean. God Bless you and give to you the forgiving heart that he requires of us. From Virginia
