I am new to this room, but I can tell you this. I also have undergone a similiar situation. Almost dying from Alchol, I accepted God into my life and asked for healing from that addiction. God reminded me of a passage in the Bible of the leper that asked, If you are willing Jesus you can heal me. Jesus replied I am willing-are you? You are already healed from your addiction, but Satan is keeping you down by his usual manipulation of thoughts & doubt. When you stop letting Satan lead your thoughts & find the beauty in it, you will have comfort.
This is my prayer for you; That you feel the presence of the Lord every time you feel discouraged, because Satan kicks you the hardest when you are the closest to God. AMEN
