shelley one word for you capcazin-p,  it will help the pain more than you would think.  if it burnsyour skin too much they have the off-brands that will help.  it heats your muscles up around the area to help relieve the pain.  i can't take anything for pain whe i use the patches ,but you can use this cream and it really helps .  i tell peope i you are not alergic to cayenne peppers try its not real cheap but it helps.

Please family, Im in need of prayers for pain, I get that epideral on sep 7th, but i wake up everyday crying cuz it hurts so bad and pinches, im using methadone but it stopped workiing so well as all meds do and now take herbal remedies to help to. I feel i cannot go on another day like this, I mean it HURTS!!
