Subject: [FamilyofGod] Niacin flush

 

Never take niacin on an empty stomach.  I did that and thought I was gonna die.  It's called a niacin flush.  My skin turned red as a beet and it felt like I was dipped in boiling water.  Needless to say I'm not gonna do that again.
